All of you have benefited from this service. Whether it was prior to signing up or since joining the group. I pride myself on 24/7 support. I work around the clock to answer questions and help all newcomers. Most of you had no idea what futures were, let alone how much one contract costs or when you can or cannot trade. Myself and my Admin answer hundreds of DM’s per week and respond quickly. If you have a question about your account in particular or a question about products themselves, we are here to help. I have always worked in customer service and again, I PRIDE MYSELF on being reachable, friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. If you subscribe to the other product I can guarantee there is no one to help you with your questions or concerns. You would be fending for yourself and most likely get confused and frustrated and quit after one month.

I offer this communal group to allow other members to chat, build relationships and help one another. The slack group helps to keep things organized and easy to find. Slack allows for new members to talk with more experienced members about the products they trade, when they trade them and how things worked when they first started. I find that Slack is nice place to feel part of a community and to lean on each other when maybe something isn’t working out but it is working for another member. We are a trading community and its more fun when you have others to celebrate with, I know its something I really enjoy. Also, Slack helps me to keep improving. I can see when some members are doing things that may not be best for their small account or when someone has found an amazing setting to share with the group.
