I am Lauren. I am a 39 year old who has always been interested in Finance. After graduating college I worked in the finance industry on-boarding very large hedge funds for a very well known bank. But, I’ve always been a self-starter and the type of person who wants to do more for herself rather than working for someone else, thus, I began trading.
I started trading at the age of 25 after my grandmother had educated me enough over the years about stocks and what ones to always keep an eye on. She told me in 2005 to throw 20k in Apple. I had just graduated college, I didn’t have 20k. Apple was around $60 and would soon run to 400, do a stock split and then run again.. over and over and over. Clearly I should have listened to my grandmother. Either way, I started to become intrigued by stocks and the stock market. I started taking small sizing in companies when I was 25, mostly all in Apple, ha! Then around age 27 I found options. They intrigued me because I could use less money and make a much bigger profit. I joined a free group where people would just rattle off symbols and information, I got lucky on a few, and obviously not so lucky on others. Then when I started working at the big bank I mentioned earlier, I had to stop my trading all together. It was closely monitored and could be seen as insider trading, so only long term holds were allowed, plus I was so busy I didn’t have time to be trading the open or quickly taking my money on an option play I had from the day before.
I continued my hustle-like mentality by learning poker. I love the game of poker. All I knew at first was the WSOP and the reruns I would see when on a family vacation. I would soon learn that poker was a great source of side income. I started playing 1/3 NL holdem at my local casino and did pretty well, with hardly any knowledge. After a few months I really started to take it seriously so I sought out a poker coach. My coach was amazing. He opened my eyes to concepts and a thought process I never knew before. I would track every session in my poker app on my phone and be so proud of myself when I would leave most nights up $300. If I ever had a red night it was $50-150 so I liked my odds. I would leave work at 5:30, drive to the casino and play poker from 6-9. How could I not love poker, I would get free drink/food comps, I met so many nice people and I would leave most nights with $300 cash more than I walked in with… It was great!!!
My story brings me back to trading when I switched roles and went into a sales position with a different bank where I was allowed to trade, but only on their platform. The only caveat was you could trade outside of their platform if it was something they did not offer, like FUTURES. I had no idea what futures were or how they worked. So, like I did with poker, I started researching. I bought books, I watched YouTube videos, I found people on Twitter that traded futures. I immersed myself in the world of commodities and indices. I opened a futures account and I started trading, it was rough at first. While I had traded in the past, it was very different. I would hold long term or I would trade quick option picks that people were calling out. I never had any formal training. Then a friend told me about a mentor he used and loved. I hired him and he taught me everything about the markets. He taught me how to read the charts, he taught me what market structure was and he showed me how to set up my charts. I slowly but surely started to see things more clearly. If you asked me if I could see a h&s over a year ago, I would say “wtf is that?” but now I see them all the time and I am so grateful for my mentor.

Congratulations on being so smart and young.. independent and enterprising. You should be proud of yourself every day…and the value you are sharing ..because there is no reason to share except that part of you that is your value on things greater than money.
I never learned anything about futures ..but I am really excited to be your student ..adult education at its finest
Anuj and I both loved your sincerity and how you take such joy in the success of your students..So here we go …we’ve enrolled in LOLO University…
My name is Anthony, I am in the Futures Pivot group with Lauren, and I also ha. had Me opportunity to enroll in her Digital Mentorship program. She mentioned to me that you were possibly interested in the mentorship as well and thought that it would be worthwhile for me ha reach out to you as one of her current students to share my honest opinion and feedback surrounding the experience I have had through this Digital Mentorship.
Words cannot be overstated when I say that it is easily one of the best decisions I have made as it relates to attaining this newfound skill set which is quickly turning into a passion. The way she lays it out in her mentorship makes complete sense, is easy to follow, and produces immediate results (or at least it did for me). Admittedly, when I first joined the group, I knew nothing about trading futures. I thought it would be similar to trading common stocks and quickly found through trial and many errors, that was most certainly not the case.
Once I was failing consistently in the SIM, I started religiously following Lauren’s alerts and did well. However, although it is great to get fed, I wanted to be able to feed myself. I wanted to know what she knows and see what she sees.
Her mentorship does just that. She teaches you in a very broken down and digestible way. I’m not sure how much she has told you about the structure of her mentorship, but basically, she breaks down the program into (6) one-hour pre-recorded sessions that she has had with one of her students in the past. During each session, she covers a handful of topics as it relates to Technical Analysis and trading futures. At the end of each session, there is a homework assignment that you will need to complete and email to her. She provides feedback based upon Me homework that you send to her, and shows that she is very invested in your success.
I have completed 3 of the 6, sessions, but have watched each of the first sessions twice. There is so much knowledge being imparted, and I want to make sure I capture it all. In only 3 lessons, I have seen a MAJOR improvement in my ability to see various levels, indicators, and other trading analysis fundamentals that she goes over during trading sessions and it has been a night and day difference in profitability as well as probability towards having a successful day in trading. I’m pumped to do the remaining 3 sessions, and when all is said and done, I will most likely watch all of the sessions again.
Blind trading has become more than a gamble based off of someone else’s alerts and knowledge; it has become an educated understanding of where the market will likely move. Basically like I’ve learned another language.
My only honest regret is that I didn’t sign up for her Digital Mentorship sooner And yes, I know that it is $1,000 to sign up and it is a HUGE leap of faith. am if you are genuinely committed to growing in your trading career, then, to be frank, this is a no-brainer. AND to top it all off, since joining her mentorship, I earned back that $1,000…IN 2 DAYS.
I would be more than happy to take the time to connect with you via email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or whatever means you would like to answer any questions that you may have about her mentorship. And as I mentioned at the beginning of this email, words cannot be overstated. when I say that it is easily one of the best decisions that I have made as it relates to trading futures.
#realtalk Thank you for all you do for your students. I turn 39 on Sunday and I will have an extra $100k in my account because of futures when I turn 40. Speaking it into existence.
Hello again! I finished the six videos Actually don’t have that many questions. Its very nice the way it’s laid out You make the core concepts incredibly easy to understand and create a solid foundation of understanding for trading that isn’t overwhelming or intimidating I have a lot of feedback about that if you care for a, but I’ll save that for another day
